•Call Centre Certificate

Technical/Legal Certification
•RE 5 (Advantage)
•Registration as an Employee Representative (Advantage)
•Recognised qualification as per FSB (Advantage)

Experience
•1 Years’ Experience as a call centre agent (outbound)
•Insurance Industry
